A common complaint among patients,
that foot specialists have reported is pain in arch and heel of the foot. The condition,
which has been named Plantar Fasciitis, leads to the tissue connecting the heel
bone and toes becoming inflamed. This damage to the tissue is what has been
reported as the cause of the Pain in the Arch & Heel of the Foot when in
motion. It starts as soon as the person steps out of bed and worsens as the
stress on the foot increases and has been known to get most pronounced after
doing something that requires excessive footwork e.g. climbing stairs or
sprinting.
